This is for incoming kindergarten and NEW students wanting to attend HPS for the 2021-2022 school year.
Please bring a Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization Record, and proof of address. This can be a copy of a current utility bill.
Students registering for kindergarten must be five years old by August 15, 2021.
